Looking for freedom to worship

Year, 1602 the Pilgrims arrived

Many settlers died from brutal winters

One of the first out of the original thirteen colonies

Unlike Jamestown the pilgrims were male and female

The first Thanksgiving

Hunting and farming was taught to the pilgrims Native Americans

If  I had to choose a colony between Jamestown and Plymouth I would pick Plymouth because they were christians .  The pilgrims were looking for religious freedom.    They weren’t like  Jamestown and only let boys and men go the pilgrims were men and women .    The pilgrims were also the first people to celebrate Thanksgiving.  If I were choosing between the two colonies I would choose Plymouth .
